Personal Notes

I am half Azorean Portuguese and
half Polish. No kidding! Born and
raised in New England has left me
with the lasting burden of being
a Patriots and a Red Sox fan. Didn’t
get into the cycling scene until
I met Mitch. On one of our first
dates, he actually tried to show
me a video clip of Claudio Chiapucci
summiting Sestriere. I had no idea
what I was getting myself into,
but clearly the writing was on the
wall. It took some time, but eventually
I was hooked (on Mitch and cycling!)
